[Feature] Provide official Docker image

Background

Users on shared servers, CI environments, or those who want to avoid local Python setup would benefit from a Docker image.

Requirements

• Dockerfile based on python:3.12-slim
• Multi-stage build to keep image small (target < 80MB)
• Publish to Docker Hub at advancingtitans/young-stock-cli
• GitHub Actions workflow to build & push on tag push

Suggested implementation

• Add Dockerfile and .dockerignore at repo root
• Add .github/workflows/docker.yml triggered on v* tags
• Use Docker Hub access token stored as GitHub secret DOCKERHUB_TOKEN
• Multi-platform build: linux/amd64, linux/arm64

Acceptance

• docker pull advancingtitans/young-stock-cli works
• docker run --rm advancingtitans/young-stock-cli indices outputs data
• Image size < 80MB
• CI workflow passes
• README has Docker usage section

Hi @MohamedFazil1406, yes - thanks for volunteering! Please go ahead and work on this.

A PR covering the following would be great:

• a multi-stage Dockerfile based on python:3.12-slim
• a root-level .dockerignore
• a GitHub Actions workflow that builds linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 and publishes advancingtitans/young-stock-cli on v* tags
• a short Docker usage section in the README
• verification that docker run --rm advancingtitans/young-stock-cli indices works, plus the resulting image size

Please do not add any credentials to the repository - the maintainer will configure the required Docker Hub secrets. Reference #3 in the PR, and feel free to open a draft PR early if you want feedback on the approach.
