Write a Helm chart as an alternative to the kubectl install

Problem

KubeIntent currently installs via kubectl apply -f config/install.yaml. This works, but many production clusters mandate Helm for everything they install (compliance, GitOps, version pinning).

Goal

A first-class Helm chart in charts/kubeintent/ that:

• Installs CRDs, RBAC, and the controller deployment
• Lets users configure the cost-model.yaml via Helm values
• Lets users configure the Prometheus URL and other controller flags
• Versioned alongside the controller image

Suggested approach

Use helmify (or hand-write the chart) starting from the existing config/install.yaml. Publish the chart via GitHub Pages or to https://artifacthub.io/.

Definition of done

• Chart exists at charts/kubeintent/
• helm install kubeintent ./charts/kubeintent works against a fresh kind cluster
• README's quickstart section mentions both make demo (default) and helm install (alternative)
• Chart README documents all values
