[Feature request] Consistent ordering of tray icons

I find that the icons in my tray tend to be ordered randomly, so presumably they just race for placement. Would it be possible to implement consistent ordering by the app ID (or something else)?

Not only randomly, but also inconsistently across different outputs -- one waybar instance can display differently ordered trays on different monitors 🥲
