BREAKING CHANGE: the new validator makes this backward incompatible

Creates a new "Not applicable" string value that can be used in global_coordinate_system fields to specify that no coordinate system is expected. A validator ensures that if no transform objects are present then not applicable should be used. This repairs a common issue where e.g. the SmartSPIM instrument required a coordinate system despite having not applicable logical coordinate system (only SPIM acquisitions need a coordinate system).
