Context menu for leaf comments partly obscured by comments below

The context menu that opens when you click on the kebab button beside a comment seems to open behind other UI elements, rendering the bottom half of the menu unclickable:

This seems to only happen with trailing/leaf comments.

I've been aware of the issue for some time. Fixing it would require partially or fully reworking the drop down overlay system. Doable, but not very high on my priority list right now. But I'll keep it in mind.
