Subtitle line had 39 chars between vertical bars while the border had only 38 dashes, causing a broken box rendering.
Header string had 2 extra leading spaces before '#', shifting all column labels (C, PR, I, R) 2 positions to the right of the data values.
PRs, Issues, and Reviews labels had incorrect padding, causing their values to start at different columns than User/Name/Rank/Commits.
