Fixes: - Correctly handles randomization (In collate not setup) - Stacks input_ids, compositions and targets into tensors - Expands test suite to check more things - Simplify data loading -> Converge on arrow datasets
Always handle tokenization in collate fn Simplifies code, and the perf of two paths really only applies to inference (not training)
Was causing problems when num_workers > 0
