Overview
Stops running quality checks on direct pushes to
mainanddevelopfor both Javascript Quality Checks and PHP Quality Checks.Each workflow’s
on.pushblock is removed so lint/validate steps run only on pull requests targeting those branches (JS still uses the existingpathsfilter on PRs).
