PLAN.md: sprint 7 marked shipped; five decisions-log entries covering sprints 3 to 7 and the copy change; a new open-questions block listing what was left (Spanish section name, verse-level search filter, English-only concept search, thin themes, studies that step through a list, two KJV source quirks).HANDOFF.md: the "in flight" section becomes a "shipped" section with the routes, the three data files and the one manual step, the nav change, and two things to watch for. The staleid=\"join\"to-do is removed, since give join with code link an anchor to land on #185 fixed it.
