Generic NTSCF and TSCF accessors for CAN examples. #223

After #215 we have generic accessors for NTSCF and TSCF formats agnostic of the header versions.
But we do not have good examples for using the generic accessor APIs.
The ACF-CAN examples should be upgraded to demonstrate the usage of these generic accessors.
