This PR removes .github/dependabot.yml to disable Dependabot version update PRs. Renovate is already configured for this repo and provides more flexible dependency management (keeping both tools active creates duplicate update PRs). Dependabot security alerts are configured separately in GitHub repository settings and aren't affected by this change. I made no changes to plugin code itself + ./gradlew check still runs clean.
I know there was a recent post about no new feature updates -- just wanted to get the small ones resolved before that's set.
