(RWD) Mobile support

Current layout for mobile devices, especially phones, is not user-friendly and practically unreadable unless zoomed too far. I'd recommend introducing support for smaller screens.

For these devices, you can increase font size and put the side options in a burger menu and Classic 7's logo top and center.

I've already made it and made a pull request, but I'm asking u, why would I (i mean u open the issue) to make it responsive on a mobile screen if this product is currently made specifically for desktop devices? Or maybe in the future? Maybe, here if you want to see the pulls

Alot of people find out about interesting software like Classic 7 through their phones (me included), either from social media or internet search, it can expand the possible userbase alot regardless of which platform they come from; currently most websites have RWD, so not including support makes the website, and thus C7, seem outdated in updates and not a proper and secure choice for them. Also, there will be some that try to download the site's files to a USB-C thumbdrive, if they don't have an OS in place or another computer to download the files from.
