Fix Errors on CI Actions

• Actions are triggered by every comment to the issues #186
• Check this part in the main.yaml - RecordActionSuccess This was removed from the full-ci but now the functionality is missing. Full-ci should check only the examples that have changed. Also see CI action 'RecordActionSuccess' fails on 'main' branch #75
• After fixing the first two check if the CI is working properly.
