Fixes PlatformNetwork/bounty-challenge#53226. This formats alias descriptions with a shared multiline prefix helper so alias set/list/show indent every description line. Verification: cargo test -p cortex-cli --test alias_multiline_description -- --nocapture; cargo check -p cortex-cli; cargo fmt --check --package cortex-cli; git diff --check.
