fix(tui): show imported legacy session details in /session

Summary

• add a rollout-backed /session fallback for legacy SessionBridge sessions
• derive the imported session title, model, created time, cwd, and message count from the rollout file
• add a focused regression test for imported legacy sessions

Testing
