Bug description

the proto type for ESP32 DEVKIT V1 will use default setting and SDA and SCL must be set to 21 and 22 for oled in config.h
Second dccinspector.ino has duplicated section for setting LEDPINs for output. There missing section should be LEDPIN_LOCOSPEED
