About The Pull Request
Gives vicissitude horror form ability to see through yourself, this should probably also be extended to garou warforms and such but it's really only the horrid form that makes it hard to see if anyone is a tile above you
Why It's Good For The Game
This prevents hitting yourself or unable to hit something when its above you in horrid form
