- Add user guidance for publishing datasets
- Document PRR stage-in workflow, endpoint setup, S3 bucket checks
- Improve client-side datetime validation so invalid PRR timestamps fail early with actionable messages
- Improve Registration API error handling for duplicate item IDs and other rejected catalogue responses
