Supersedes #637.

Branched from updates_ucl_pv_farm, it carries Bram's two commits unchanged, plus one commit adding:

  • the provider description in rayview/record.json, which the migration left empty
  • provider link title in records/solar_pv_detection.json, which still read "University College London"
  • thumbnail href in the same file, which was pinned to main at the old algorithm_catalog/ucl/ path and would 404 once the rename merges

Merges cleanly onto current main. The rel: "website" link is intentionally left out for now, which I'll add it in a follow-up PR.

Adds the provider description, which was left empty by the ucl -> rayview
migration, and fixes two references in the service record that still point
at the old UCL entry:

- provider link title still read "University College London"
- thumbnail href was pinned to main at the old algorithm_catalog/ucl/
path, which would 404 once the rename merges
