updates_ucl_pv_farm, it carries Bram's two commits unchanged, plus one commit adding:descriptioninrayview/record.json, which the migration left emptyproviderlink title inrecords/solar_pv_detection.json, which still read "University College London"thumbnailhref in the same file, which was pinned tomainat the oldalgorithm_catalog/ucl/path and would 404 once the rename mergesMerges cleanly onto current
main. Therel: "website"link is intentionally left out for now, which I'll add it in a follow-up PR.
