Return of Reckoning Developer License Copyright (c) 2026 Trevor Cates (Emissaryx) This license applies only to portions of this repository for which Trevor Cates or Emissaryx owns the copyright (the "Software"). It does not replace, restrict, or relicense third-party code, assets, trademarks, game data, or other material governed by separate rights. Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, worldwide, perpetually, irrevocably, and without restriction, to each Authorized Recipient to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, relicense, and create derivative works from the Software, and to permit others to do the same. The following are Authorized Recipients: 1. Dalen, identified by the GitHub account https://github.com/dalen. 2. Max Hayman, identified by the GitHub account https://github.com/maxhayman. 3. Any individual who, when first exercising rights under this license, is formally recognized as a developer of the current Return of Reckoning project by an official Return of Reckoning project administrator, an official project-maintained developer list, or an official project-controlled repository or service. Once an individual qualifies as an Authorized Recipient and exercises rights under this license, that individual's permission remains perpetual and irrevocable even if their role with the Return of Reckoning project later changes. Authorized Recipients are not required to publish source code, contribute changes upstream, use the same license for derivative works, or provide attribution, except where separate third-party licenses require otherwise. No permission is granted to use Return of Reckoning names, logos, trademarks, or other brand assets except as separately authorized by their respective owners.
