build(deps): rely on everyvoice 0.5.0 for all dependencies - #26

This solves the chicken and egg problem of CI needing everyvoice 0.5.0 to run the tests before we can publish 0.5.0: get it from ../../../.. instead of requiring it from pypi.

For StyleTTS2, there's more: now that EV 0.5.0 is going to be published, we can remove the redundant dependency declarations here and rely on
everyvoice==0.5.0instead, like we do in the other submodules.
