In application.conf the path for exports is csv.path="./Upload/CSV" but in the docker container when trying an export we get 'File or Path not Found'. Hardcoding the path to /opt/bin/femr/Upload/CSV solves the problem. I suspect that images also will have the same issue. This is in the 2025 version of the code, will also check the currennt version to see if the 2025-26 Cal Poly team solved the issue.
