Before you start

  • I have read the FAQ and my problem is not answered there.
  • I have read the Roadmap and this is not already planned there.
  • I have searched existing issues and found no duplicate.
  • I have restarted the Desktop app to pick up the latest update and the problem still happens.

    @AbarnaaSree

    Hi, I’d be interested in working on this issue.

    I can investigate how timestamps are generated and displayed in the Desktop app, particularly on Windows, and verify whether the current behavior is caused by UTC/local timezone handling. I’d also be happy to add regression coverage to ensure log times are displayed using the system’s local time.

    If this approach sounds good, I’d like to take this up and submit a PR.

    Fixed in Desktop v0.2.0-beta.19 (you can update directly from the app): log times now show your machine's local time. They were UTC before.

    Please update and reopen if they still look wrong.
