One overall progress percentage and a full-window workspace (0.3.23) - #164

Generation and installation progress now show one overall percentage with the details that matter, such as the current step and how much has been downloaded. The workspace and Creations fill the browser window, with a Recent videos column on wide windows. RTX 50 GPUs no longer keep pausing when the driver cache is full, the first video after a start waits less for the text encoder, and decoding keeps more of the decoder on the GPU. Error cards say what happened in plain words, a custom step count downloads only a sampling table, saved videos take far less disk space, and Repair fixes an installation in one step while keeping models and videos.
