Diagnostic report button and a GitHub submission card (0.3.4) - #89

The result's Report menu becomes one Diagnostic report button that saves the redacted report. A card under the buttons then offers to submit it as a GitHub issue through the new report template, prefilled with the version, hardware, video size and timing. After a finished video the same card invites a submission until it is closed once. It never covers the video. The generation record is no longer offered in the studio or Your creations.
