docs: put the availability note under the demo GIF in package READMEs - #313

The root README shows it directly under the subtitle, which is right there. In the package READMEs the demo GIF is the first thing a reader sees, so the note belongs below it. Also picks up the Org Check name fix.

Two things:
update-package-readmes.jsnow relocates the "Also available in …" note below the per-package demo GIF. In the root README it stays directly under the subtitle.cli,vsxandactionREADMEs, which also propagates theOrgCheck→Org Checkname fix from docs: use the correct product name Org Check #312 (cli and vsx were still stale).
