Bug: Next and @next/mdx version mismatch

Bumping next to 14.2.35 while keeping @next/mdx pinned at 14.2.12 can introduce subtle incompatibilities in MDX compilation/runtime because @next/mdx is tightly coupled to Next internals. This may surface as docs build failures or unexpected MDX behavior after the Next upgrade.
