Unloading is prevented but loading is not

Describe the bug
The mod prevents the server resourcepack from being unloaded, which is good, but it does not prevent it from being loaded again when joining correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join Hypixel with ResourcePackCached 1.2.6 on MC 26.1.2 with Fabric Loader 0.19.3
2. Join Hypixel Skyblock
3. The resourcepack is downloaded and loaded (Mojang logo and loading screen)
4. Leave, without the mod you would normally get the mojang logo and loading screen to unload the pack again; with the mod you won't, which is good so far
5. Now re-join to Hypixel and to Hypixel Skyblock; you get the Mojang logo and loading screen again.

Expected behavior
I expect no loading screen and the pack to be kept loaded according to README of the mod.

Additional context
config/rpc-data.json seems to not save the pack:

Indeed, sorry, just tried with no other mod and seems to work fine. I did a quick test adding half the mods each time then found the single culprit - seems to be an incompatibility with the Force Close Loading Screen mod by kennytv. That mod is useful to me, so if you could make it work when its installed, i would appreciate it a lot! As I said, the rpc-data.json also does not save the pack, so I think its possibly a mixin overide the force close loading screen mod does making the resource pack cached not able to save or restore the pack, even though it can prevent unloading?

I will look into it and see if it's possible, you could try "Remove Reloading Screen" mod as an alternative if it helps.

I've checked out the Remove Reloading Screen mod, but it seems to have a different purpose of hiding the resourcepack loading screen only - the mod by kennytv is for removing the "Reconfiguring.." screen each time you swap a map/world in e.g. BungeeCord servers. As each map/world change in Hypixel Skyblock is a BungeeCord server change, it gets annoying to see that screen, so this mod helps a lot, but I also want to use Resource Pack Cached to prevent the resourcepack loading/unloading screen each time of joining/leaving Skyblock. Appreciate if you can figure and fix this out. Let me know if you want me to report it in their issue tracker as well, maybe kennytv can fix it in that side, if its not something Resource Pack Cached can fix.

I hope i'm not misleading here but i believe for this case it's the resouncepack's fault.

I went to check the rpc mod logs and i found out the folder with all resource packs as well i found the link to download the current hypixel skyblock resource pack.

i downloaded the resourcepack from the official link and tried loading it normally but it failed every time.

it might be related to the fact that i am using windows 10 LTSC and have some drivers missing but i was pretty sure that i installed the gpu driver
