unable to sort json with non-dcatus fields

several records for job threw exception by sansjson unable to sort the data. the "metadata" value of record https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=bd1b6ee967134ea68fac351cef461b5e&sublayer=0 caused the error for that record.

How to reproduce

sort cant_sansjson_sort.json

Expected behavior

sort successful

Actual behavior

sort unsuccessful with exception TypeError: '>' not supported between instances of 'dict' and 'dict'

remove all non-dcatus fields from input

new_dict = {key: value for key, value in dict_a.items() if key in dict_b}

@neilmb - is this still a thing with DCAT US 3?

@SueValente Yes, this is an issue in our code that could come up with any JSON-based data catalogs (I think).

Can fix it with dependency or remove the problematic data.. probably fixing at the root is best.
