Questions about the "Cast Random Video" feature

Hi! I noticed there's a feature called "cast random video" and I wanted to ask a few things about it:

1. Is it configurable? For example, can I set a specific video or a set of videos to cast?

2. How does it work exactly?

3. What does "random video" refer to? where are the videos being pulled from?
