Pull request overview
Updates the repository README’s GitHub Actions section formatting so the “Actions tab” reference reads as a normal sentence and ends with a period.
Changes:
- Adjusted the “View workflow runs” line under the GitHub Actions workflows section to improve formatting and punctuation consistency.
