Clarify in the card.detail field description that, unlike FHIR's markdown datatype, GitHub Flavored Markdown permits a limited subset of HTML. Advise services to proceed with caution given unknown client capabilities and to give feedback. Per FHIR-54487 resolution (non-substantive).
