The README still said Windows was unsupported after the Windows SSH fixes were merged in #1. Update the platform notice to describe experimental native Windows support and the live-validated SSH workflow, with OpenSSH prerequisites, installation from a repository checkout, and remaining console, file-editing, and self-update limitations.
Align the SSH design document with that support statement and link it from the README. This does not claim full native Windows feature parity.
Validation: documentation diff and link target reviewed; git diff --check passed. No runtime code changed. The combined implementation was previously verified with 140 client/SSH tests, three-platform SSH CI, and a live Windows SSH execution and cleanup test.
