Just FYI the next release (0.19.1) is going to be bugfix-only, so I'm going to hold off merging this until the 0.20.0 window.

Tiny change to get CSS classes depending on the inhibitor's state. I opted for
.on/.offto match the configuration fieldsformat_*.Fixes #1515
