README.mdas part of this deletion.README.md:7still links tocirrus-ci.com/github/JuliaSmoothOptimizers/BenchmarkProfiles.jl, so after removing this configuration the repository will advertise a stale CI provider and a non-updating build status.
.cirrus.yml:1 - Deleting the only Cirrus configuration leaves the Cirrus status badge and link in
README.mdpointing at a CI service that will no longer run; the table also still advertises FreeBSD coverage that this PR removes. Please remove the Cirrus badge and update the platform label in the same change so the documented CI status remains accurate.
