Thanks for reporting! Hm, if I understand Crum correctly here:

Then this form is only common in Fayyumic, and there is only one example each that Crum is aware of for both Sahidic and Bohairic. It looks like this is a kind of neologism fused from ⲛⲛⲉ+ϣ (negative optative + verb ϣ), which in our data would just be annotated like that (so it would not turn up as an example of this 'novel' lexical item ⲛⲉϣ).

The two attestations Crum has for S and B are not available in our datasets as of now, and we don't have support for Fayyumic examples yet, so for now I think the right thing to do is to just remove these examples, since they're all incorrect. The example you proposed from 1 Cor 6:12 (thanks for spotting it!) should be fixed so that the segmentation reflects a negative optative (ⲛⲛⲉ-ϣ, not ⲛ-ⲛⲉϣ).
