To do:

• Throne Room Altars: allow altars (Ideology) in throne rooms (Royalty).
  • Also possibly remove or loosen Biotech restrictions (tbd)
• Tweak wealth of smooth floors and walls down to 1. Walls defined in Defs/ThingDefs_Misc/Various_Stone.xml ; floors may be defined programmatically
• Uncap cooking speed by adding points to the post-processing curve. Defined in Defs/Stats/Stats_Pawns_WorkRecipes.xml
• Better surgery success cap: decrease minimum surgery failure chance from 2% to ~0.1%. Defined in Defs/RecipeDefs/SurgeryOutcomeEffectDefs.xml : "SurgeryOutcomeComp_ClampToRange"
• Change Drug Lab to define/prefer a Workshop room role instead of Laboratory
