What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)

I had originally submitted assignment 1 on 04.13.2026 but the autograder was not working so I am trying again. I deleted the original reposotory and I re-did the assignment (but I used the same assignemnt.sh file as before).

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

I had incorrectly pushed the assignment into main rather than the assignment branch, and I suspect this was the reason why the autograder was not working. I also realized that the git push, git checkout, git add, and git committ belong in the terminal and not the .sh file

I hope the autograder will work now.

How were these changes tested?

I saw that the remote repository reflected the changes I was making to the assignemnt branch, so it worked
