how do you install this mod? i installed this for 1.2.2 (2.10) and the parts are not working in flight.

so everything works correctly. i put on my rotatron to test if it works; yes it does. i launch my cool looking vtol plane and try to rotate it and NO it appears to be moving up and down 1cm :? autostruts are disabled? please help me?!
