Touch Screen Adaptation

This is an adapted version of the original ESP32-Plane-Radar project designed for GC9A01 round displays equipped with capacitive touch.

By replacing physical button GPIO triggers with touch event handlers, this version allows for a completely buttonless, clean enclosure design.

Touch Controls Tap: Cycles through the radar range presets (5km → 10km → 15km → 25km).

After a lot of working out how to make the bin file :-) I have loaded the firmware, still have a blank screen. I think this is because the backlight is not switched on. Thanks for your help on this, I am very much a novice!

I have a ESP32-c3 mini with GC9A901 display already mounted. No touch screen. The display remains blank. The log say SPI pinout invalid.

The button does change the range. The log entires :
[22:38:30]Range: 3mi (outer ~7 km)
[22:38:30]Range: 6mi (outer ~13 km)
[22:38:31]Range: 9mi (outer ~20 km)
[22:38:36]adsb: 0 aircraft
