Publish official XPF map previews

What changed

Publishes the remaining safe Modbus Monitor XPF device-map previews from the authoritative private release library.

• expands the public catalog from 101 to 258 previews across 98 manufacturers
• limits every preview to 6–12 read-oriented signals
• adds an indexable static detail page for every map
• marks 101 existing documentation links as published and 157 as Guide upcoming without creating empty links
• updates the sitemap, schema, validation, and Pages deployment to include static pages

Privacy and scope

Full XPF maps, source CSV files, workbench data, write settings, gains, offsets, and private search inputs remain outside this public repository.
