Andrin Maag – IMS-Schüler mit Fokus auf C#, Kotlin, Android und Python

Hallo, ich bin Andrin. 🌱

Schulalltag organisieren · Kotlin / Android

Eine Android-App für Prüfungen, Stundenplan und Erinnerungen. Dazu kommen Widgets, Notenberechnung und iCal-Synchronisation.

Technischer Schwerpunkt: zeitabhängige Abläufe, Delta-Sync und lokal verschlüsselte iCal-Links.

Code & Einrichtung · Android-Downloads

Lokale Windows-Werkzeuge · C# / .NET

Code & Einrichtung · Windows-Downloads

Interaktive Spielmechanik · C# / MonoGame

Ein Arcade-Spiel mit Gegnern, Kollisionen, steigender Schwierigkeit und persistenten Highscores.

Mein Beitrag: Spielmechanik, Game Loop, Service-Struktur, Kollisionslogik und Highscore-Verwaltung.

Code, Steuerung & lokaler Start

Modelle kritisch auswerten · Python / scikit-learn / Jupyter

  • Umsetzen: Funktionen in überschaubare Komponenten aufteilen.

English · About me and my projects

Hi, I'm Andrin.

I'm an IMS student from Aargau, Switzerland. I build Android apps, Windows utilities and games, with a focus on software that solves practical problems.

I'm looking for an IMS application development internship in Switzerland starting August 2027.

Focus: Kotlin and Android · C# and .NET · Python for data analysis

Selected projects

  • Exam Countdown: an Android app for exams, schedules, reminders, widgets and iCal synchronisation. Technical focus: time-based behaviour, delta sync and encrypted local calendar URLs. Android downloads.
  • Codex Simple Accounts: an independent Windows utility for managing local Codex accounts, with a tray menu and task routing for model and reasoning effort selection. Technical focus: DPAPI encryption, atomic authentication replacement and a cancellable switching flow. Windows downloads.
  • Orbit Defender: a C# / MonoGame arcade game. My contribution includes gameplay, the game loop, service structure, collisions and persistent high scores.
  • CO₂ Data Analysis: a Python school project using Our World in Data. My contribution includes data cleaning, exploratory analysis, model comparison and validation on separate country groups. The 1,000-row demo sample is not representative and does not support reliable global emissions forecasts.

How I work

Understand the user's problem, build manageable components, check edge cases and document setup and limitations.

I'm currently improving automated testing, maintainable architecture and release quality.
