Update the Svelte starter dev dependency svelte from 5.57.1 to 5.57.2.

svelte is a dev dependency of the private svelte-starter package, declared in projects/starters/svelte/package.json. @sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte 7.3.1 allows svelte ^5.46.4, and svelte-check 4.7.6 allows ^5, so those packages stay on their current versions.

The 5.57.2 release (2026-10-06) is a patch of bug fixes. It adds compile-time errors for an extra {:else}, a snippet parameter redeclaration, and let: on a component with a children snippet. The starter does not use those patterns. License remains MIT, and engines remain node >= 18. The publish time is outside the 1140-minute release-age window.

pnpm-lock.yaml updates the starter pin, integrity, peer snapshot keys for @sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte and svelte-check, and the esrap dependency on @jridgewell/sourcemap-codec from 1.5.5 to 1.6.0. esrap is only required by svelte. Notices were unchanged.

Validation:

• mise exec -- pnpm run build and mise exec -- pnpm run lint in projects/starters/svelte passed (the starter CI task is build plus lint; package.json has no scripts.ci entry).
• mise exec -- pnpm run check reported the same 8 pre-existing nve-layout / nve-text type errors and no new Svelte diagnostics.
• mise exec -- node .agents/skills/agent-dependencies/scripts/verify-update.js --type=chore --scope=starters passed.
• CI=1 mise exec -- pnpm install --frozen-lockfile passed.
• mise exec -- pnpm run ci from the repository root passed (152 scripts, 24 skipped, 154.5s).
