This tool include 4 parts; 1- functions (which also it is in my repository under name of CEC2013python, C++ code for all search spaces has been implemented in python for the first time) 2- Linesearchers 3- Restart_PSO 4- main 5- exdata file is for rotations and the whole file is imported in function code
Also, the whole information in regards of the performance of this new PSO are provided in the Cec2020_paper
