Also bumps triton-windows to 3.7.1.post27, because torch 2.13 declares triton==3.7.1 on Linux (2.12 declared 3.7.0) and the Windows build has to stay in step. The NCCL pins are unchanged: 2.13 still declares nvidia-nccl-cu13==2.29.7 and nvidia-nccl-cu12==2.29.3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
