Adds an `instructors` shortcode that renders a card grid from an `instructors` list in a page's front matter, and uses it on the 2027 NeuroDataReHack page for the five instructors confirmed so far. Photos for Edoardo Balzani and Sarah Jo Venditto come from their Flatiron Institute profile pages; the other three were already in static/images. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the instructors confirmed so far for the 2027 NeuroDataReHack, replacing the "Instructors will be announced closer to the event" placeholder with a card grid of name, affiliation, and photo:

instructors, and a newinstructorsshortcode renders it.
