Adds Carter Peene (Allen Institute for Neural Dynamics) as a sixth instructor on the 2027 NeuroDataReHack page, following the same front-matter
instructorsentry the other five use.His headshot comes from his Allen Institute profile page, resized to 460x460 to match the existing photos. Two small choices worth noting: I used "Allen Institute for Neural Dynamics" rather than the bare "Allen Institute" to match how he was listed on the 2025 NeuroDataReHack page, and I left off the "Ph.D." suffix the other instructors carry since his profile does not list a doctorate. Happy to change either.
