Summary

external_user on GET /api/v1/generation now has a second source. openrouter-web#36444 makes generation attribution fall back to the API key's stored external_user when the request omits user:

external_user: router.request.user ?? ctx.user.data.key?.external_user ?? null

The key-side field comes from openrouter-web#36440, which requires external_user on keys created with a Connect client secret via POST /api/v1/keys.

The skill's field table also attributed the value to an X-External-User header, which does not exist in the codebase — the request-side source is the request body's user field. Both corrections land in that one row.
