Each skipped malformed template is logged at WARN with skill_id, intent name, lang, and the registration topic, and a registration whose templates are all malformed is rejected with an explicit WARN instead of being silently dropped (OVOS-INTENT-4 §5.3 / §6.3). The legacy workflow calls TigreGotico/gh-automations@master for tagging plus a hand-rolled pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish job. The hand-rolled PyPI job has silently stalled and this package has never reached PyPI despite alpha tags existing. Replace the whole workflow with the standard OpenVoiceOS pattern (see OpenVoiceOS/ovos-gguf-plugin), calling the maintained OpenVoiceOS/gh-automations publish-alpha.yml with publish_pypi: true, which handles alpha publishing, changelog, release proposal and Matrix notification in one place.
