The issue
Login to daco staging on Aug. 26th, 2026, all accounts lost permissions.
Account 1
account email: lexishuhanli@gmail.com, this account used to be in group PCGL:DACO:DAC-1. Member:PCGLDA0001, but co-manage shows this account is no longer in that group:

ali@oicr.on.ca, this account was an daco applicant, but when I logged in I only see admin pages.
Co-manages shows my account is in data-admin group.
Account 3
lexi.executive@gmail.com, used to be a collaborator, meaning this account was registered in co-managed, but I wasn't able to login to daco, and the account no longer existed in co-manage dev.
